All products sold on Resume Creator Hub are digital downloads available on our website.

• No physical items are shipped under any circumstances
• Download access and/or Canva template links are provided after successful payment confirmation
• Product details, previews, and descriptions are provided for reference before purchase — please review them carefully
• Products are delivered via your order confirmation page, registered email address, and/or your account downloads section

Many of our products are delivered as Canva template links. To use them, you will need a Canva account (free or Pro). By purchasing a Canva-based template, you acknowledge that:

• Resume Creator Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva Pty Ltd
• Your use of Canva is governed by Canva’s own Terms of Service
• We are not responsible for any downtime, feature changes, or access issues on the Canva platform
• You must not share, republish, or redistribute our Canva template links with others

Unless clearly stated otherwise at the point of sale, all downloads are licensed for personal, single-user use only.

You MAY:

• Edit the template to create your personal resume, CV, or cover letter for job applications
• Download or export your completed, personalized version in PDF or other formats for your own use
• Use the template to apply to jobs in the UAE, Dubai, or globally for your own personal career purposes

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or re-upload our template files or Canva links
• Claim authorship or ownership of any design
• Offer our templates as part of your own product, service, or digital marketplace listing
• Use our templates for commercial resale, client distribution, or bulk employment services without a commercial license (contact us for commercial licensing enquiries)
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding

All prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and Stripe will automatically display the equivalent amount in your local currency at checkout based on your location. Prices may be updated periodically and reflect current promotional or standard rates. Payments are processed securely through our available payment gateways as shown at checkout. Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not store or process card details on our servers. It is your responsibility to ensure you are purchasing the correct product before completing payment.

After payment confirmation, you will receive access to your digital product via your order confirmation page, your registered email address (if email delivery is enabled), and/or your account’s My Downloads section. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout. If you experience any issue accessing your download, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are limited. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept the digital nature of the product. Full details are available on our Refund & Return Policy page.

Our templates and educational content are designed to improve the professional presentation of your resume or CV. We do not guarantee job interviews, employment offers, salary outcomes, or visa approvals. Hiring decisions in the UAE and globally depend on many factors outside our control.

All website content and digital products — including resume templates, CV designs, cover letter formats, graphics, written guides, branding, and blog content — are owned by Resume Creator Hub / Alibalk Digital FZE LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

This website may contain links to third-party websites including Canva, Indeed, LinkedIn, Bayt.com, and other career platforms. We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy policies, or services of any external sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

If you have a concern regarding your order, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving support cases fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being flagged for abuse and future access being restricted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resume Creator Hub and Alibalk Digital FZE LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website, downloaded products, or any content provided — including lost opportunities, business interruption, or data loss.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
