1. Digital Products Only
All products sold on Resume Creator Hub are digital downloads and Canva template links available on our website.
- No physical items are shipped under any circumstances
- Download access and/or Canva template links are provided immediately after successful payment
- Products are accessible via your order confirmation page, registered email address, and/or your account’s My Downloads section
2. No Returns for Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a file, download link, or Canva template access has been delivered and/or accessed. This policy is standard practice for digital goods and is in line with consumer protection guidelines applicable to digital downloads.

3. When We Can Help — Supported Cases
A) Download or Access Issue
If you cannot access your download link or Canva template after payment, contact us immediately. We will investigate and restore your access as quickly as possible. Before reaching out, please check your spam or junk folder for the order confirmation email.
B) Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please contact us with your order number(s) and the email address used at checkout. We will review and process a refund for the duplicate transaction where verified.
C) Technical Payment Error
If payment was successfully charged but your download or template access was not delivered due to a technical error on our platform, we will fix access immediately or review the case for a resolution. We take payment errors seriously and will always make it right.
D) Significantly Not as Described
If the product you received is materially and significantly different from what was described or shown in the product preview, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with details and screenshots. We will review your case fairly and work toward a resolution.
